- A package including a doctoral graduation gown + a doctoral hood + a doctoral tam
- The doctoral Graduation Gown is made of high-quality polyester matte woven material, paneled with high-quality velvet on the front, collar, and sleeve. It is a long-length doctoral robe to the ankle, and designed with a lantern sleeve with cuffs.
- Doctoral Tam in 4/6/8 sided made of premium velvet to match the doctoral graduation robe; Size adjustable from 19” to 23.5” fits most by velcro enclosure
- The Doctoral Hood’s shell and lining are made of the same material as the doctoral gown. Doctoral graduation hood measurement size: 43” length, 26” width, band in 5”. PhD hood color is velvet color according to the degree, lining, and chevron according to the school; Looping for attachment to the academic gowns for sale.
- Our honor cord is made of 100% polyester thread which is handled by a special process, the cord tassel at the end is wrinkle-free and droop straight;

We strongly recommend that you place your order online for fast processing. However, we also accept orders via email and phone. You can also send us an email with your order information and then our sales team will respond within 24 hours. You can also place your order over the phone and our customer service will help you every step of the way to complete your order.
3) How do I track the status of my order?
- Click the "Track order" button at the top of the homepage. Enter your email and order ID to view tracking information
- You can register an account during checkout. You can then access the account to track the status of your order very easily. If you do not want to sign up for an account, you can also view the emails we send you automatically, such as order confirmation emails, shipment emails, etc.
4) What is your return policy?

2) What if my credit card doesn't go through?
The main reason is a billing mailing address mismatch, which means that the address you fill in does not match the records of the credit card company that addresses it. Since most credit cards only check the zip code, please correct the zip code and try again. If it does not go through, please check the details and correct the address. If it still doesn't work, you can still try another payment method PayPal or place an order via offline payment and our sales team will contact you as soon as possible to get the pending order.
3) Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept orders from schools or organizations. However, we may require payment prior to shipping. Please select the offline payment method and send your order to support@cagraduation.com and our sales team will contact you within 24 hours.
4) Do you accept checks or money orders?
Yes, we do. Please select an offline payment method when placing your order and our sales team will contact you for check payment instructions.
5) Do you accept partial payments, such as large deposits?
Yes, but only for large custom orders over $6,000.
6) When I check my account, the money has been charged twice or more. What should I do now?
If you were charged twice for an order, or paid extra for the amount shown on the order, please contact us. We will check our account and once confirmed, we will issue a refund via Paypal within 2 to 3 days.
