Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders shipped using standard ground service typically leave our facility within seven (7) business days. Expedited orders generally ship within one (1) to three (3) business days. Rush order options may be available for an additional fee.

Processing times for custom or personalized items may vary. Customers should refer to individual product pages for specific production timelines.

Urgent Order Policy

An Urgent Order is defined as any order requiring same-day or next-business-day processing and shipment.

⚠️ Due to increased production volume during graduation season, an Urgent Order Processing Fee applies to qualifying orders placed between March 1 and June 15 each year.

Processing fees are as follows:

26 – 50 pieces $50
51 – 100 pieces $90
101 – 200 pieces $180

This fee covers expedited handling and same-day shipment preparation only. Additional expedited shipping charges (if applicable) are billed separately.

To avoid rush fees and ensure product availability, we strongly encourage schools to place orders as early as possible.

Next Day Shipping

For next-day shipping orders:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time ship the following business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays ship the following Monday (excluding holidays)

Transit Times

Transit times are determined by USPS, FedEx, or UPS carrier schedules and are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

CA Graduation INC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Return Policy

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, CA Graduation INC will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer error (including incorrect size or item ordered), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges both to and from our facility.
  • For returns due to shipping errors, production defects, or any error on the part of CA Graduation INC, customers must provide clear photos of the product and/or packaging as proof before a return or replacement can be authorized.

Return Conditions

Due to the seasonal nature of graduation apparel:

  • Single-set orders are not eligible for return after May 1st
  • All returned items must be unused and in original condition
  • Custom items (including, but not limited to, hoods, stoles, diplomas, diploma covers, custom tassels, custom honor cords, and gowns) are non-refundable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days after returned items are received and inspected.

Alpha Pack Order Service

Alpha Pack service helps schools simplify distribution. Customers provide a spreadsheet with student information, and we organize and pack regalia accordingly.

Complimentary Service
Orders with more than 500 students may receive Alpha Pack service at no additional charge.

Alpha Pack Fees (Under 500 Students)

Service Type Fee
Individual Alpha Pack (With Student Name, packed by student last name) $0.50 per student
Size Sort Pack (With Student Name, packed by size only) $0.25 per student

Size Sort Pack means gowns are packaged according to size only (for example, all Size 42 gowns together, all Size 45 gowns together), rather than being individually packaged by student last name.

Requirements

  • A complete Excel spreadsheet with required student information must be provided by email
  • Additional charges may apply for incomplete files, multiple revisions, or special packaging requests
  • Early submission of final spreadsheets is strongly recommended to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Plus Size & Custom Size Policy

Additional charges apply for plus-size gowns as follows:

  • FFF or FFFF: +$5.00 per gown

For sizes larger than FFFF or other non-standard custom sizes, pricing will be quoted based on the specific custom sizing requirements.
