 Shipping

The freight only includes the freight and insurance premium. CA Graduation is not liable for any customs / duty / tax / brokerage fee generated. It shall be borne by the buyer. These fees shall be evaluated by every country/district, and we could not quote or control them. We could only deliver it to the address confirmed or verified by PayPal. We cannot declare items of low value or as "gifts".

Please allow that your package could be delivered within 14 days, because it may be delayed due to the customs that could not be controlled by us.
